Bintaro Lama trip

Hello. Today I am going to tell you about my trip in bintaro lama and the stations I went to about cleaning the water in bintaro lama.

The first station I went to was station 5 where they teach you how to make sure that water is clean. First she gives us these tubes that has a cross at the bottom and fills it up with water. We then look down and you will see the cross is blurry. This means that the water is not clean. There are also other equipment like a thermometer to measure water ph levels.

Next the second station I went to was cleaning the water for taking a bath. They use a filter called a sand filter. How the sand filter works is that water is poured into it and the sand and rocks inside trap nearly all the dirt inside and then water comes out from a pipe into the bath tub with water clean enough to take a bath in.

The final station was station 3 where they clean water to make it potable. First they take a plastic aqua bottle and scrub the whole thing with soap. Next we shake the soap out with water. Then they fill it up with water and put in somewhere where there is sunlight and leave it there for six hours before they can drink it.

That is my trip in bintaro lama.

The last two stations you visited you described quite well, Will. The first, the one where turbidity was explored, is a little vague.
